populate the epg

hey,thanks to all the post's,i've done a lot of reading,and i've solved a lot.i'm trying to populate the epg.nfusionhd,goo3 router,sat9182.what are your epg settings,3,5, or 7 day .what channel do you use,does it auto-populate ,or do i need to use the blue button.finally,how long is the epg,currently i'm getting 1-2 hours.thanks

find the sd history channel and park it there for 5 minutes

202 or 1202 depending on your set up - ctv2e - will populate the guide for a day or two within a minute or so.

Don't know if it populates 82, maybe only 91. Check and see.

didn't work,history channel sd for me is 522 .put it there for 5 mins. in guide,nothing,no guide,nothing,and with blue button update,nothing.are you using a nfusion hd,and if so,what are your epg settings at,3day,5day,or 7day.thanks

No I dont do iks but the epg is on that transponder

yes i am getting that channel.are you using nfusion hd,my old sonicview hd8000 that just died would auto-populate a 44 hr guide on 699 in 1 min,but the nfusion doesn't do it there.same provider.thanks

If you're looking to get days of epg...not going to happen. If you get no info at all than i think its a settings issue.

i get 1 hour of guide now,and was hoping for the 44 hrs i got out off the sonicview hd8000 that just died this week.thanks
