so a friend bought one of each of these on advice of a few people, myself included
both work absolutely fine with OK2, but he prefers OK3 for the way the channels are set up numerically

here's the thing....on OK3 with either the T2 and the T2 prime the channels are a dogs breakfast,
the channels are not in any order whatsoever, but scrambled all over the place
not sorted by numerical order or alphabetically or any other logical method ??

we have tried both boxes with a variety of other servers without any problem...just OK3

i thinking this is not a dreamlink problem but a OK3 issue??

is there a fix for this....?

thanks have tested those same boxes and you can add a mag 256 to that list as working with OK3

why would the T2 be so problematic with OK3 and not any other service...?

Found this for D T1 so don't know about D T2 but you might want to try.

C&P

You may have noticed that with DOL 2 (DreamOnline) that channel numbers may appear as 1, 2, 3, 4 etc etc.

In order to fix this issue to have the channels match the proper channel list you need to do the following:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote.

2. Select Settings Menu (Live TV, VOD, Service, and Settings).

3. Press Up or Down on your remote until you have Group Channel Numbering menu selected.

4. Once you have Group Channel Numbering selected, press Left or Right on your remote to select OFF.

5. Press Exit on your remote. Your channels will now appear in order as provided by IPTV.

i was hoping that a senior member or moderator would have access to a T2 or T2 prime to verify the following

the box by default is on the "off" as recommended in the above post

here is some further info hoping to find a solution

two scenarios here with that same option as above with it in the "on" and "off" positions and in the "all" channels category

channels as seen in the "OFF" position

24.......CP24
8.........CTV HD
206.....Fox business
3........Global HD east
599.....Media set

same channels as seen in the "ON" position

207.......CP24
208.......CTV HD
209.......Fox business
210.......Global HD east
211.......Mediaset

hope this helps explain better....

thanks guys

If its not user error dreamlink has to do some work on their end
Its not the first time thay have had to fix some stb/server conflicts

I find this issue with all m3u files on the t2 no matter what server I use but not with api codes
