Looking at the obvious, vip722 is south & this is a north server.....but, if your dually is actually a 622 that has had internal surgery to become a 9242. Then you have other issues. Big boot, See if your server string is correct in your client, check for spaces that shouldn’t be there. A message like that sounds like the client isn’t getting through.

Internet is very unlikely if your connection is good. Check your signal, if V tp channels are working fine, its your signal.

If your receiver is jumping to the music channels all by itself then it sounds like you need to do a factory default and re-download and re-load all your files then re-scan your sats.

Yep, we are down again. He did say it was a temporary solution. Maybe making some changes

this is a temp solution until servers back up or we can get a decent new server issued

they are still not telling us what servers are ruined and what one got saved

We are at a total loss and have no way to get access to any files.

We have put a temp server up with trial modes to allow users to get TV while we waited to hear back from the data center in hopes not all was lost.

Now we have been informed it's all gone.
The server is ruined and all data gone.

We paid ovh to do auto backups.
We assumed they where at a different data center, as it turns out they where in the same data center, Just a different room which was also destroyed in the fire.

Several including Hist. Not scrambled channel, No signal...the signal strength drops to minimum. Re scanned no difference.

TP 12.224 it appears nothing is coming in on this TP

yes they are moving channels to hd
the hd equivalents are up and available

if my dish got 82 I would but sadly I only get 91 and can't find someone to point my dish and I have no Idea how to

Zip tie another lnb on the right hand side next to the current one and tilt it towards the dish a bit for 82. If you have 91, 82 is simple.

You pays ya money and you takes ya chances!!!Others are in the same boat they have sd if you don't like it you pay for a sub, contact them and get the price per month for everything that you have had for years now then figure out what you paid and then try complaining, i think everyone is sad this has happened but damn they saved a boat load of moola
