Scanning in TNT HD and ESPN HD

Is there a special way to scan in TNT HD and ESPN HD on 119 at tp 12428? I believe there is, but I do not remember it.

Manual scan 12428/V/21500 for both. TNT and ESPN are up and working.

I've tried manually scanning, but no luck. Maybe I should try loading a channel list?
