Mag 254 no video on a few channels?

Mag 254 software ver. 0.2.18-r23-254Aug29 using OK3 have reset video to auto, graphic same as video, reset both buffer settings to 0. No video & takes 10 seconds for audio to open when channel is selected on channels 113-HGTV HD; 187- SMITHSONIAN HD; 200-CNN HD; 206-FOX BUSINESS. No video or audio on 120-HISTORY HD. Anyone else with this issue?
