Adding an .apk file

I have to add an ..apk file to run a program, I haven`t done this before and could use some help. If someone knows where to find some info on this please let me know where I can find it.

home apps,.appinstaller select usb ,select apk

Could some point me in the direction of the( Arus169 file)
