tv series and vod issue

Before anything thanks to the team OK3 for the great work and kudos to the whole team:yeaah:

I have been having skipping/freezing issues with watching VOD TV Series for the past few days.
For example, watching "Current TV Series" "Our Planet" or "Warrior" the program keeps skipping or freezing and almost becomes so frustrating that makes one completely give up and stop watching :(

I would be very grateful if you could resolve this issue.

I just watched 15 minutes of the warrior and not a single freeze I am currently watching our planet and its running perfect
I am using buzz 3000

I also have XPL 3000 Buzz android box and as you said "Warrior" starts off fine then after few minutes it starts skipping scenes to the extent that one loses track of the story :( and as with my other iptv subs VOD I don't have this problem.( This problem also persists with my OK2 sub! )
I have wired 300 Mbps interent speed.

At what point did it start having issues?
You need to post more details. Iwatched warriors for 15 minutes.I let our planet run for over 20 minutes without an issue

20 minutes in
3000 with 8.35 mbps wireless
no problems

Its weird cause my Global Media box is not bad at all when I play ok3 TV series "Warrior" but xpl 3000 acts up(skips) after a while!
What update do u have on your xpl 3000? maybe there is a bug that needs to wait till the next update comes up and fixes it perhaps?!

No, I only use the brush symbol next to the on/off on home page? is that sufficient?
where do I go after home,settings ,more ,apps---> ? after apps what do I clear cache on? I mean which app or apps?

In light of vader having issues i picked up 3 months of ok2 for mac use. Had vader for over a year with no problem but used secondary player.
Now on ok2 i get the skip after around 10 to 15 minuets of watching and once it happens it seems persistently happening every two to three minuets. Im was trying to watch the new dragon cartoon movie but gave up. I tried default but didnt help.
Will try old player and see what happens.
