I use my new buzz xpl 3000 for 2 weeks on wifi with no problem.
Now for no reason i lost the connection.
When I enable the wifi i dont see any available wifi and after 15 seconds
the wifi auto turn disable. Before this issue I saw four different routers
I can connect my cell phone DVD Google home and other on routers
I cant try ethernet cable where i am
I tried to reset the box and i have same issue
Anybody know something about that?
Thx!

It could be some sort of interference, are there other WIFI routers near to you? (everything is using the 2.5 GHz band nowadays) Can you as a test move the receiver closer to the WIFI router your using?

Is there a way to configure the IP address in the receiver to a fixed IP address? If so then try that and see if your router will pick up on it, use an IP that would be 10 or 15 addresses above the last one shown in the routers IP listing.

And have you tried re-connecting via WIFI after you power down the router and receiver for about 30 seconds or so?

If not then power both down, wait 30 seconds, then power up the router first, after all lights on the router go to the normal state (15 to 30 seconds) then power up the receiver.

If all this fails then something may have happened tot he WIFI card inside the receiver. (or are you using an external USB WIFI dongle?)

I am going through the same thing. My other Buzz 3000 are ok. This one only ran about a week and now does not recognize my WIFI but the Ethernet works ok.

I've been exclusively using the 5Ghz band for connecting my Buzz box. While the range takes a bit of a hit, the throughput improves immensely. The box connects to it within seconds and works like a charm. If you face similar issues with your new box, try switching the SSID between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands and see if it makes a difference.

Some routers use band steering which may cause issues if the box is being automatically swapped back and forth between the two bands. Disable it and see if it makes a difference. Also, if you don't have any legacy devices on your entire network, you can set the 5Ghz band to "802.11AC only" mode which may improve throughput / connection quality by disabling legacy standards.
