Live channels freezing on MI box

Live tv is freezing on my MI box running Aorus
The movies seem to have no issue.
The live tv will start and run about a minute then stop for about 50% of the time
Any ideas for fix?

have you ruled out the server?

By server do you mean my internet provider?
I just upgraded a couple months ago to over 10 MPS
Everything else streams well
All live channels play a minute or two then freeze a minute then when it plays again only a few seconds at a time

are you sure you have ok?

No it is Aorus

I don't think it is OK2 - in his original post he said "Aorus"

Aorus is usually pretty stable - maybe they were doing some work on the server??
If it continues try PMing your reseller to see if there are any server issues.

run a speedtest on your internet connection. I don't know what Mps is but if you meant Mbps then that is really slow already
