What's up with ok2???

Like the title says, does anyone have any inside info on what's going on with ok2?

For probably 2 weeks, VOD hasn't been working at ALL. I'm getting non-stop emails, texts, message from folks who buy from me.

My reseller cannot reach anyone for more info, and support tickets are not being replied to?

Is it time to start looking for something new and transitioning everyone to it?

as for the name you never answered me when I asked and until today that was your only post on this site

I have read the site rules, I was under the assumption I was acting within them. Maybe not. If so, I apologize?

That's quite possible, up until just recently it wasn't named. Was a project in the works for sometime.

As for posting in this forum, I've been around for some time. Had an old account, which actually did have posts, I was locked out of there and the email, etc... This specific account I believe has been active for some time. Perhaps no posts, but I've been here for sometime.

In my defence, up until recently I really didn't resell any service that wasn't offered in this forum by three different people, five times a day. 🤷*♂️

I've seen resellers banned for breaking that rule
Secondly in your first post you were asked the name of server and did not respond.
Lastly this thread is about ok2 and not your server.
You can tell your reseller there is a conduit to ok2 through herkimer
Just pm him as he has asked people to do in the stickys

1) I must have missed the part about no free trials, for that I do apologize.
2)NOWHERE in this thread did I mention anything about my other service. I was simply asking about ok2. I was asked a question, about a name to which I replied, "it has a name!" Thats about as far as I've gone with mentioning my OTHER service ...
3)Not sure what my ok2 reseller has to do with a conduit or pming this guy...
