if clearing the cache doesn't fix it then it might be the service

I always clear cache but still same maybe you right server but I look for other best server with cc close caption

I think a lot of Vader users are being pushed to BeastTV since it was shutdown recently.
So server load may be increasing and could be the reason for causing the buffering.

However, have you tried a speed test on the box, to make sure your box is getting good speeds?

You can also try to adjust the Buffer Time settings in the configuration menu of Buzz app.
Right now it should be defaulted to 3 seconds, try 7 or 8. You will need to do a channel change for this to take effect.
