Danny Garcia vs Mikey Garcia!!!

Got this off the presses... maybe you guys have heard of it.
Looks like Danny and Mikey are a sure thing for Aug 31..
Fight would be in Vegas... on PPV.
Would be a much more competitive fight than the Spence, Mikey one.
The fight would be at 147 lbs..
Being that Danny is not really a legitimate 147 pounder, more a 140 one.
And being that Mikey is pretty much a 135 pounder... and only 5' 6 " tall...
This would be a couple of small guys fighting at a high weight..
Danny has not done well with legitimate welters.. and we know Mikey stunk up
the place against Spence.
Sooo, all that being said, some people are wondering how well this fight would
do on PPV. Would be more of a Mexico vs Puerto Rico bout..
Neither one is really welterweight champion material..
From what I read, it would be pretty much the end of the line for the loser
of this fight... Mikey disappointed all his fans with his half ass effort against Spence.
Danny has already lost to Thurmond and Porter..
I personally don't feel it would do well on PPV... Maybe in the USA.. but not overseas.

I agree with you Fib... Danny is naturally bigger and probably hits harder
at this weight...been fighting welters for a while...
Mikey hits like a mule at 135.. but not 147...
BUT,,, might make for a boring fight... both basically counter punchers.
neither one really aggressive... Danny big left hook... Mikey big right hand..
but they usually catch you coming in or on the ropes...
anyone gonna come in? anyone gonna get caught on the ropes?

Should be NOT... neither fighter ppv material at this stage..
Mikey coulda made millions fighting Lomachenko before Spence...
But hear he knows he would lose to him... but, he probably ruined his career with Spence.
