It's UP for me and not been down. Maybe send a PM to your provider.

How is the new service performing? Freezing? Up and down?
I gave up on south a long time ago with all the freezing and down time, curious about today's service.

Mine is down no channels coming in nobody says much if it's down or not rebooted still nothing maybe the seller has no idea it's down
