iptv problem

hey guys i have a problem trying to watch my budget iptv it works great on my crappy android but my buzz wont play the series without choppy playback and out of sync i did a factory reset and cleared my cache out changed the player to all of them and still does it my build 20190314 and it wont take any more updates any ideas what i should do ?

I think you have the latest build that's why it won't update

Change the buffer time to five or six seconds by hitting the menu button to bring up sidebar

sorry i don't see that option anywhere i see more settings when i'm in to change the player but i can't get into it if thats where it is ?
