Losing audio on buzz boot sequencce - buzz tv xpl 3000 black 2018

Hi I'm a bit helpless about this issue...
Every time I boot the box the sound works until the 3rd buzz heartbeat in the intro cinematic.
I've tried recovery mode, factory reset, clear cache...no changes.

It looks as if the os fails. But I don't know much about these little boxes.

Wondering if any of you guys saw something like that before and know a fix for this.

Yes everything works as normal only without audio.

Yes video 10/10 but no sound. Here I posted the video where the sound stops Évry single time I boot.

did you try a different hdmi cable or port?
