I have recently had a complaint about the guide being down a lot Besides last night and the outage due to xtreme codes a month ago I personally have had no issues I have also talked to a some resellers who have not had any complaints either
So I have started this thread for people to post in when the guide is down

I wait 24 hours to report.
I do see the epg falling off about once per month.
Meaning say 1 am in the morning the epg is down to 2 hours but most times when I get up the next day epg is full again when it’s not is when I send in a report.
Ok is the best server out there imo

You're assuming I watch it 24/7 (which don't have the time to do...do you?) I only watch it possibly 2-4 hours a day and that is my experience. Mind you, I'm not bashing OK2 but love it because of its picture quality and channel selection but I stand by my original comment that its EPG is up "most" of the time. I'm not complaining. I get what I pay for.

I dont assume anything . Math is math whether its 2-4 hours a day or 24/7

I also suggest:
When someone is posting that the EPG is down, they should also specify if they are using a MAC based sub (actual STB or STBEmu), or M3U. And what program they are using.
I remember when I was using an M3U type sub and Perfect Player, I used to have to do a FORCE refresh (not just a normal refresh), to replenish the EPG, and sometimes it would go down to 1 or 2 hours left... That was not the service problem, but rather the way the program implemented the refresh and triggers internally.

For M3U Sub (OK2/3 Apk [version?], Perfect Player [version?), IPTV Smarters [version?], other ?):

317 cottage, 315 hgtv, 313 elrey only has two listings, 311 viceland, 309 ginx, 307 gusto, and many more ... two or three listings of upcoming shows... its failing when you press the ok button and the channels come up.... no info for shows or movies either for the longest time...

have you rebooted or cleared cache recently?
do you power box off or use sleep mode?

this morning i have full guide on those channels
I have said before the no info issue is not an ok issue as I have info on other boxes

never tried others yet as I see no reason
