Buzz3000, Buzz3900

This started happening on June 21, 2019 in the morning.

I have a Buzz3000 with ok2 on it and a Buzz 3900 with ok3 on it, both are android 7 both are updated, the 3900 I tried factory reset twice.

Speed test for 3900 is 168 mbs for 3000 it maxes out

Here is what happening when I click on live tv it takes around 5 minutes to the channels to load and once they do they do the channel plays for about 3 seconds then buffers for 3 seconds it dosnt matter what channel I'm on, any ideas.

cleared cache, cleared memory rebooted over and over nothing helps

Well let me start with thank you very much to everyone for help and suggestions, I tryed all the suggestions thank you.

Know to the madness of testing, came home thought I would take another shot at 3900, and it is working to perfection again, turned on the 3000 the one I never reset and it to is perfect I dont know what changed or happened but they are working.
