I recently upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my computer and now Realtek audio manager not working, the program won't open, there's no icon in the taskbar and no message appears if I plug my headphones in. I uninstalled and again install the driver but it won't work.
So what can i do now?

Go to the motherboard manufacturer & see if there's a winblows 10 driver update available for it.If not, you could add an audio card to it.

Check in Device Manager for any conflicts under sound, video, game controllers, most likely wrong/missing driver loaded
under Properties do a update driver, (Let windows find the driver from the internet etc.) while in Properties
Look up the Hardware "ID" or the (VEN_ID) this # is the Manufacture of the Hardware, with this ID-# You can do
a search on the net for a DRIVER matching the ID-#, If for some reason Windows doesn't find it etc.

Big mistake upgrading from a working platform to one with many bugs, you will need a W10 driver for your MB, if there is not an update then your stuck, W10 does not cover all hardware.
If no update then the Noof is right, you will need to add a new audio card with W10 drivers.

Follow these steps-
At first open "Device Manager" Expand "Sound, video and game controllers" Search for "Realtek High Definition Audio" and right click it. Click on "Update driver" Click on "Browse my computer for driver software" Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" Select "Realtek High Definition Audio" Restart after installing.

If for some reason you can't seem to locate a Driver, you can download a copy of Iobit Driver Booster
it will do a scan of "ALL" of the Hardware on PC looking for updated/missing drivers and install them.
But I would first do what The Noof suggested and obtain your Driver from the Mother Board manufacture.
