Will this work on 110 & 119 setups that were previously configured for what the community title north. Whats the significance of this service being title south?

North refers to the 82/91 sats for expressvu, not 110/119 which is Dicknet (south).Most of the fta stb's can do both when setup correctly, if that's what you have.
