Should Resellers Renew IpGuys

I think that if this lawsuit by dish on IPGUYS is as legitimate as they say then we should be honest with our customers and
Stop renewals until all is settled and either continue the sale of this service or stop completely. As someone that has close to 1000 members It will be impossible to refund everyone. What do my fellow Resellers think of this. Will you continue selling the product or offer an alternative to renewals or new customers.
