Nice! I've been waiting for this one!!

I'm patient as all hell over here! I am however running out of "reasonable" excuses on what to tell my customers about outages.. is there any insight as to what's going on in the background that's cause the servers to black out, that may help us explain to the customers?

I believe it's back up. I apologize if I jumped the gun there lol..

You must be referring to a superpanel as it wasnt available on a panel

my contact is looking into it as there as a request made a few days ago and its still on panel
