xrs 4000 slow

so my xrs 4000 is new this week.
today I had it streaming a radio app all day while doing things around the house. now im trying to watch tv and it had become un responsive I could not turn off the radio I had to unplug the box and turn it back on

and later after surfing a lot is slowed down. I hit back a few times to get out of the guide then vods opened up.


I don't know I thought with 4 gigs this would not happen at least on the 3000 id hit the broom and we would be good again.

whats the point of 4 gigs? if it still gets bogged down.

can the buzz people add the broom to this box too. or make it a lot more of the needed memory to the 4 gigs.

you didnt say which radio app and you didnt mention whether clearing memory helped??

we had it streaming again before I got home then when I tried to go back to live tv it stalls I had to unplug the box again. I have had the box stall a few times since. I have to wait for it to think.

I hit home twice and it closes all apps. I saw the post about the buzz updates but 4000 didn't get one and I still have a hard time connecting to the wicked service.

as of right now for the way I use the box for more then just tv the 4 gigs don't seam to be helping.

I use it for radio you tube and iptv and Netflix
radio for now seams to fill the ram. then its hard to switch over to the tv.

So the issue can be reproduced and fixed on an update.

I think it was the radio app
another site said to make sure it was an android 9 so I deleted it and it seams to be working better.

I just need to find a nice app where I can put all the local radio stations on it like the old win amp days
the wife like the radio on more then the tv.
