Buzz 4000 error message

my friends says receiver freeze with message: Buzz tv 4 keeps stopping.
he says, clicking OK button 2 times to clear memory, home and back buttons have no effect
he also says factory reset and rebooting doesn't resolve the issue

clear cache probably wont work if factory set didnt but worth a shot Try clear data and uninstall updates(if its there) too
Ill forward this to devs

clear data doesn't help. can't uninstall update as you can't access the menu

I would do another factory set .If using wifi take the update wired.

Soon you load 2 apk from the app store, the machine start freezing.
I think i'm better off return it back and get a used 3000 instead from the local craig list, they go around $50 or $60

I think they mean they tried to install the Buzz 2 APK from the built in app store (Aptoide)
This app was made for the 3000, and doesn't work on the 4000

The Buzz 4 app was made for the 4000 and comes pre installed.
If they contact the proper Buzz support, they will be taken care of for an exchange.
