Buzz XR 4000 EPG

My XR 4000 will not show the EPG for more than a second. I looked around for settings but find none. Help.

No, I mean the EPG button to the right of the blue Home button. To the left of the Home button is the Live TV button.

It's where you clear cache

Well I can't find where to clear cache either. I found what looks like an upside down broom. As I recall the 3000 had a broom in the lower right corner for clearing the cache. When I click on this upside down broom it does nothing.

that's for freeing up memory not cache
