without posting a couple of channels there is no way to know if issue is on your end
As you should be aware there is no way to fix channels until they are moved to new panel
Dont know why you are asking again Your question was answered

It's only been just over a week that ok3 moved to a new portal so the buffering needs to be looked at in that time frame

There is some responses by people that have no place here.
Things can be answered and asked without either party posting insulting responses.
I also noticed that when people report bugs some people say there not experiencing it so it must be them.
Which when you stop to think about it is nuts since its like saying its not raining here in California so its can't be raining in Florida.
Not everyone going to be running on the same hardware and there no certainty that the hardware working correctly for all.
The suppliers i am sure want to know about possible bugs because they make money by keeping people happy.
As for ok3 its only been a week since its moved so there is going to be bugs that need smoothing out which is expected.
It also helps when you give the information requested so the suppliers can look into it or others can help maybe solve the issue.

Ya call me an idiot but I have no idea what you mean by version! It’s STBEMU Pro on Amazon Stick. OK2 was good for buffering last week when supposedly the sever was moved. Now it’s back to the way it was, channels take 6 secs to load, sports games skip. Speaking on behalf of clients who are frustrated. Just wanted to know of roughly when these issues will be fixed or clients are going to go to other services in the next 2 months.

Since the move, I have not had any obvious buffering (at least, not on the channels that I watch [on ok3 however] ).
There are a few channels that are still offline, but they were offline even before the move (ex: space hd).
Actually I did have buffering last night, and then I realized that both my kids were updating their steam libraries on their PC, which were 30+GB each, downloading unthrottled. Needless to say, my connection was saturated. Forced them to throttle, and I was back in business.
For version of stbemu, just go into your android settings, apps, and select stb emu, and the version is listed there. The latest version as of today is 1.2.1.0.
When you post that channels are buffering and it doesn't seem to be a widespread issue, posting a channel name would be nice, so someone can check that channel specifically. No one is going to go through hundreds of channels to check. There are so many reasons that you get buffering, that you can't generalize. It could be ISP throttling, ISP glitches, router issues, wifi issues, or even just the box going crazy due to memory leaks over time. Before assuming it is the server, at minimum, you should unplug the box, and replug it (to force a true reboot, not just sleep and wake), reboot modem and router also, to reset connection to ISP.

For STB Emu, see my previous post, I explain how to get version.
For clients moving to another service, why don't you try a few other services yourself and see one that seems better for you and your customer base. You may be able to get a few free trials, or even getting a month on 3 or 4 services to try out for a month and then try to get a panel on the service you find to be better, and then you'd have something to offer your clients.
It all depends what customers want in terms of content. Many services are either very heavy international content oriented, others way to US content oriented. Unfortunately, there are not too many out there (not saying there are none) with piles of Canadian locals, and French (QC) channels. Those are unfortunately more limited. You will need to look around.

keep your day job and tell everyone to get an antenna and avoid you
have been watching the raptors for the last 15 minutes no problem
You post a lot but never answer questions
I find it hard to believe you dont know what the word version means
