ok2 stream line problem

Hi, I got a client stream line that it keeps saying invalid username or password.
I am 100% sure I am entering the info correctly. I even copy and paste the password to a different font so I can get all the letters right.
And still nothing.
I thought it was the client fault. But I cant log in either.
I try other lines and they are ok.
Please help or any suggestion
