Not conneting to internet

We had a power dip and my Buzz xpl3000 will not connect to the internet. I did a reboot and then a clear data back to factory. Still not connecting on WIFI or LAN. Anyone have any ideas o what I should try? I finally got it to connect to the internet after trying the reset on the bottom. The home button is not working now. I may have to download by USB stick if so is there a place to get the file? Update option will not update, says can connect.

you probably still don't have internet working properly. turn off your box, modem and router. try different ether port behind router. now turn on modem first, wait 2 minutes then turn on router, wait 2 minutes, then turn on your box and check your internet connection.

I think if his other stuff that is connected to the internet is working ok, his box, may have experienced an issue..

you are probably 100% correct only thing caught me that internet is still not working properly is "Update option will not update, says can connect."
