If i were to take a guess , i would say he's a semi driver that got out to help or out of his passenger vehicle .

My two questions are , why is everyone driving so fast towards a accident scene/crash . Maybe the crash site was just over a hill and no-one could see it coming down .

Second question is why didn't he walk along the K-rail or on the other side of it , looks like they're on a bridge .. so i'll toss out the k-rail question

Why running in the middle of the road/freeway . If he wanted to help he should've tried to slow or warn traffic of wreck if my theory of it happened coming down the hill top .......

We will never know ;x
