View Full Version : Ok2 and 3 ?????

Haven't seen anything posted in a little while I'm terms of an update.

ok2 seems to be a little more reliable.. ok3 only has about 1200 channels or something. And the VOD menu unless I'm missing something is very very sad.

My question:
Why the sudden stop in updating resellers? I noticed one guy was doing great keeping people updated, but that's about it..
Why aren't lines available on ok3?
What exactly is going on with these 2 services? Are the guys overwhelmed? Tired? Or are they just throwing in the towel?

They may not care about the end user, but the little guy providing to those end users definitely cares.

I feel like leaving people in the dark, to create their own BS stories to those customer underneath them is a terrible business model. If you have to, post your updates directly to the panel. Something. Anything.


Blast me all you want... 2 1/2 months of waiting... I'm tired of waiting. If the guys are done with these 2 projects, and are throwing in the towel, I'd personally like to know. This way here, atelast I can start moving my customers somewhere else and maybe put a stop to the tons of people flocking away from the service...

vod has over 1,100

I hear you.. ok2 has been very bad las couple of days well weeks...and we don’t hear anymore updates. My suggestion to you is move on put your money on another server move your customers just like I am doing, nitro was also using xtream codes just like others ones and they are working very good

i agree with you stbdude.... i've ran out of things to say to mine also LOL....! and i've lost a few, with a lot more hinting at it.... i understand that this is not 100%, but come on, we are trying to make people happy... i truly hope they can fix their stuff soon.

you complain about no updates Cant help you there as I only post them when i get them
Throwing in the towel????/ Thats ridiculous Why start a new portal? and new sources?
You complain about not enough channels?
You cant just add all the channels in one shot They have to be added slowly then monitored daily then more added..........
How many have been added in the last week?

After our last discussion via pm regarding freezing on cnn when you reported lots of freezing on cnn and i had none you were going to check your buzz and get back to me? I also told you i would work with you and monitor channels together?? You have also posted in the past about tons of freezing and other members posted they had none You also posted about guide not working and i had to start a thread on it to prove to you it was a buzz issue and not an ok issue.

While I dont agree with the OP's delivery , the frustration is real for a lot of us. We all got used to a certain standard of service and it hasn't been the greatest the last few months. Most of us understand why and have exercised patience. It's obvious people have been working hard behind the scenes to restore the services and we all appreciate the hard work.
I do agree that the communication could be better though. Several servers display messages when upgrading , performing maintenance etc and both resellers and users find this extremely helpful. People like to be kept in the loop. Herk has done a great job with updates but not everyone knows about this forum so sending out messages on the end users screens is very helpful. Content updates have been coming slowly but surely. VOD tv shows is a sticky point for lots of users . No updates for months . Hopefully they are restored back to previous standards soon.
A couple suggestions from a user /reseller perspective:
Not everyone is as knowledgeable as some on this forum. People ask questions because they don't know the answers . I see a lot of condescending replies that IMO don't follow the site rules either. People just need to lighten up a little.
Keep people in the loop as much as possible. The messages can then be passed along to keep all users informed.
Keep up the good work. It's much appreciated.

my global box lists when a series is updated and 37 tv series were updated last week,4 yesterday

I think you are comparing apples to oranges. People who are using the Ok3 apk with username and password are seeing a different set of channels with no updates to movies, channels and horrible freezing every night. Those who are on Stbemu using the Mac address are seeing an entirely different set of channels, movies etc., that do update. Ok3 dropped the ball by not coming clean and telling customers that they are unable to fix the problem and they should be switching to their mac address based service which has been working well.
