New update will not download

4 times update popped up to update but after clicking update message says failed to update.Any ideas?

I have done that cleared cache in storage and reset and the boom for memory.

you might have to clear data and re-input your server info
what version you at now?

I tried on 2 different servers.It took last update.Where do I find version?I looked in about device.

What did you try on two different servers?
Clearing data? You clear data same place you clear cache
when in tv hit the menu button ,info is at bottom of screen

I used the broom for memory and went to internal storage and cleared cache.It shows version 2.0 (333)updated 11/06 the new update shows it is 2.0 (339)

from home page go to settings, more, apps ,buzztv 2 clear data

having this issue as well the box is showing v 1.6
did a factory reset last night and now trying to filter the English channels and it wont let me so I try to do or check for the update and it dose nothing not even saying no update at this time

aptoide asked for the update I did it the went to buzz still wont update and I don't see a buzz app to update from in the aptoide

As du stated you have to hit MORE
