Nothing but extremely positive feedback on the channels available and the high quality of the picture. Care to expand on your comments? What are you having problems with and what have you done to troubleshoot your problem?

I don't care about the hyjack. I'm curious as to where your having problems and what the multiple complaints are.
I have zero complaints and have been testing the service for the last couple of months.
I do not use the International channels though, are those the ones having problems?
The North American content and all Sports channels I've been testing are rock solid.

Never done a review but hey, new year... try something new :P So I gave this a try, and am satisfied with the service thus far.
- channels come in fast
- experienced very little issues (such as lagging, audio/video synch, channels spontaneously stopping)
- picture quality is very good for channels marked "4k" (even though they are not LOL)
- customized account for channel groups

Issues I did experience:
- BBC Earth, Discover Velocity & ITV1 channels which I do watch regularly did not come in / load
- did experience audio/video issues on the Habs / Wings game on the feed (Montreal Canadiens channel)
- TSN1 lagging / freezing
- channels marked "HD" look more like "SD"

Overall very satisfied with testing this out, I give it a thumbs up!
