Trying the no port number. Didn't think it would work but it does. Will monitor it to see if it's pretty much the same as most issues happen after 6pm and I'll report back.

Normally if I was watching sports (Tsn or sportsnets) or cp24 news, which I mostly watch I'd say all is fine, but was watching a movie last night on LMN (269) and noticed it was freezing, replaying /skipping as are some other channels.

Felt like I was watching crowntv years ago. Not a good feeling :frusty:

(I know I can report any broken channels to Herk in case someone wants to mention that, new to posting but not new to the forum)

Subs have prolly expired.

That’s what i thought. Glad to hear your up and running again. Some boxes will tell you about being expired some no.

so you know you can report channels that are freezing but dont ,then complain about freezing?

Lmao... ill say this with respect, it's not obvious to you but yes I reported Global BC HD and Star sports (Indian cricket channel) to herk for ok2 since last week. He said fixed but nah, nothing fixed.

My wife who comes home after 6pm likes to catch Y&R on the Global BC channel but hasn't been working for weeks now.

Also was trying to watch the West Indies/vs India cricket series, and it's horrible. Cant even watch an over without it freezing.

Same issues for everyone and yes weeks maybe months we're talking about. Reporting is one thing, fixing is ah next thing

If you told somebody something was fixed and you disnt hear back from them what would you think?

The source for global bc is down at this time
When I report a channel and I am told its been fixed I then check it to make sure it's working. I then reply If it starts messing up again report it again
We have had problem channels before which took time to fix
source has restored global bc

Same here, has been like this for the passed week or so. Most of the Sky channels are unwatchable because of freezing and looping. North American channels are better but some freeze and loop a fair amount. I haven't been overly impressed with OK2 since I got it 5 months ago .

I would like to know , how many peoples , have been experimenting with those problems , Freezing , looping ,stopping , resetting with Ok2 . Even after reporting directly to Herk . Please speak out , because it's been the same frustrating issues for months . I even talk , with my reseller , about it , and I'm not going to tell you , his comments . So before buying this service ( OK2 ) , make sure it improves .
