I have same problem I can't connect to server.Contact them by email and saying it's up and running.Very frustrated and would like to know what's going on.

That happened to me a few days back....So, I emailed
to PowerFTA people to double check my status....
and they replied with NEW user ID & Pword.

Turns out, they did send me that same info
a few weeks ago !!

Back to normal....Just wish they could FIX some
missing CHANNELS , but we all know that's an
"off-shore" issue.

Has the server gone down? I haven't been able to connect to the server since yesterday. I've rebooted my router and box numerous times, but it just keeps coming up server can't connect. I know my router and modem are working, because everything else that's connected to it is working, and the box is showing the IP address it is connected to the router via the ethernet cable.

Done that. Got a new port and url, but still not working. I've even tried three different modems and routers. Everything was working fine until yesterday afternoon.

Your ISP might be blocking you. Can you ping the URL in command-prompt?

I turned off the receiver for another two days and then turned it back on and voila, it finally connected. I've tried doing that again and have left it off since yesterday, but it still won't connect.

I have been hearing that the movie channels (300-400) are going down in the evenings for a few hours for some reason, don't know what's going on but hopefully it's just temporary.......

Mine has been down for a long time. I see they have new web site. I emailed and finally got ECM as an answer. I emailed again asking if any ETA, yet no answer

Have not updated this sub-forum in quite a while.

Noticed IKS PowerFTA was restored , but was
thinking then it could stop working like a
few weeks back...

The GOOD news is that it's still working !!

Contact your reseller because a new URL & PORT
number had to be updated on my IKS account.

P.S. Many channels are still missing.
Like 166 ( music ) , 193 ( science )
209 ( news ) , and so on.
Hope the IKS operators can fix that.

Came across rumors that some IKS-south providers
have ALL channels OPEN & WORKING.
