The server is fine ,its an isp issue likely related to the weather

my neighbor has Cogeco and cant connect. I don't and mine is fine
absolutely everything in his house is working great ..other than access to OK2
how can the weather prevent access to a only one URL ?
sounds like its being blocked not the weather

Possibly not our ISP but the next ISP to connect to the OK2 server? Some route broken?

Dude... its the isp pertaining to the iptv servers. Could very well be weather... heck, maybe someone didn't pay the hydro bill at that end we don't know... his internet has nothing to do with it lol.. you can have perfectly working internet, but if the feed end has server issues or in this case median used to get it to you (isp connection) you could have light speed connection, all you'll get is a super fast response of url not found.

Clearly you don't have a good understanding of how the internet works.
Herk said an isp issue. Whether it's at server end or not we don't know.. but clearly somewhere in that line of routing.
That's how a "url" won't work but everything else does.

I have a rogers connection too... no portal or panel access.
I've also tried it with cell data bell.. same thing.
Assuming it's isp routing problems down the line.

I checked 10 min. ago and was watching TSN.......Seems to be back up.
I found something else to do while waiting for fix. Some others should do the same.

Ok2 since September 2019 has become the most unstable server. Hopefully this gets resolved sooner than later for the sake of their loyal resellers and customers.

September was the fall of Xstream Codes and since then ok2 has been rebuilding with constant issues along the way but they're getting there.-

While I do sort of agree with you that it does seem a little unstable at times, I'd recommend investing in another service or two to give your donors options. The one thing about the ok2 guys and Herk, is they're always on their ****. No matter the situation.

I have quite a few services, and the difference between ok2 and the others that I appreciate; updates. If there's an issue, Herk post's it. With other services, it sure as hell feels that for the most part you have to beg for answers. I'm not a fan of issues or answers. This of course is true for most providers except a select few.

Herk and boys, keep up the good work! Donors seem to be happy again and my phone and email are no longer blowing up. Like they used to anyway!

we had no access to panel till late november .early december
we could not fix repair reset etc till then
there are still issues working with a hacked panel and we are working on them
