My son used to ride motorcycle and would never think of riding without full gear
Even in his young and stupid years!!
His leathers have saved him a couple of times that ...I KNOW OF lol
He has settled down thankfully

LOL -- very cool and creative, staged photo

First, no photographer was there waiting for a "loss of control" accident to have happened and in time to snap a picture of an air born motorist

Second, the bike looks positioned on the ground, the crash bar and both foot pegs don't appear to have the crash markers one would expect

Third, the motorist clearly appears to be diving over the bike , instead of it being an actual bike crash. The motorist and the bike seat don't appear to be aligned in the right trajectory for it to be an accident

I like the creativity though ...

And if that's not enough ,,, the dude is smiling for the camera
