OK2 Fustrating Issues

Hey everyone,

Sorry to bother you but I cant seem to get OK2 to work properly for more than 5 minutes. It keeps repeating the same 30 seconds over and over, then it kicks back in and works for 5 minutes only to go back to a 30 second loop. This happens a lot during sports (TSN/CBC/SN) as well as any football/mma events.

Things of note:
1. I dont think its my connection as its getting 150mbps to the box.
2. Im using a BuzzTV XPL3000 if that makes any difference.
3. Most days the regular channels seem ok, its mostly sports channels that it happens (during Toronto games).

Would a VPN help?
Is there anything I can do to get rid of this or at the very least make it happen less?
Is it a result of OK2 having too many users and I need to find a better service?

Again, sorry if this has been asked but I didn't see anything when I searched.

If you report the channels looping when they are happening I can fix the issue and monitor the situation

Of course not, but it would help confirm/eliminate his issues being on his end, or common.

Are you against other users learning from his issues?I know how Herk goes about his buisiness.There shouldn't be any issues sharing solutions.
