Search function not working for me?

I have sent 2 emails to the forum regulators with no reply so I am posting my problem here.
I have not been able to use the search function at all for months now.
I just tried in the Dreambox receiver section and I typed "Dreambox" and this is the result I get every time I try any where in the forum,


connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

Does anyone know the fix for this?
