mag 254 in videoclub there movies with picture no sound and have tried every setting. would this be a h265 issue?

1.Try new hdmi cable.or

2.Go into video settings an turn off force dvi then reboot.or

3.Go to inner portal then to audio and see volume is at 100%.

channels not an issue on the few i tried. it was the recent releases in the videoclub. movies such as stand up and falling down, mr jones, dragonheart had video no sound.

I have sound on them so its not the server

Still could be if your not testing a mag 254.This happen before and not sure if a bios reset is the answer.I have wicked but not on my mag.

thanks guys its not a big issue but I think its the audio stream that mag can't handle.

while I have everyone's attention what is the password for parental control on mag254 as I have not tried that area for sound.

With most servers its 0000 unless you change it
