Ok3 descriptive audio on french channels issue

Hi all,

Could someone also validate many french channels has descriptive audio turned on?

I have several subs reporting this to me. Using stb emu pro and it only on French channels.

Channels that seems enabled are TVA 608, Addik 620, Super Ecran 1-2-3-4 and intermittent depending on shows/movies.


Can we please have this looked that? It has been ongoing for several weeks now.
I already have reported this to herk but he says he wasnt able to reproduce the issue. I tried looking but i couldnt find any settings for this, i belive its the stream and not a setting on end users side.

it's been posted many times that happens from the source
only way to change it is to contact source or get another source

Seems to be intermittent depending on the movies/tv series.

But since dishuser confirmed this was on source end... thanks for confirmation im not crazy or have a setting enabled.

Yes twice in the past, and he said he couldnt hear the dv.
Looks like i will need to video it to provide proof, as it seem we cant simply contact source to ask them to check...

I cant hear it now either, I guess you have to report it when its happening

Actually im troubleshooting now on 620 (addik), changing channels seems to make it dissapear. Maybe 1/5 times you tune to that channel dv will be there. Really weird.

Im trying to reproduce the exact steps, only occuring when you select the channel from the stb emu screen and not when switching up down from a previous channel.

My wife said the workaround shes been doing for the past weeks, was to toggle the channel several times until it dissapears. I was actually able to record it and reproduce it right now.
