I've used several different android boxes for iptv as well as other streaming apk's.
For iptv, I've always used STB emulator, and iptv smarters pro.
The only issue with that, is you can't easily access all the features that a Set Top Box has for iptv. Most notably, with the remote options.
Now my issue with Set Top Boxes, is everyone I've come across, is either impossible (or difficult) to sideload other apps onto it.
So what Set Top Box/Android hybrid would you recommend, that allows the best of both worlds? One that easily allows adding free streaming apk's while having the best iptv experience possible?

I don't own a computer, I have no jump drive capability.
Whatever box I use has to be easy to add programs to online, such as through filelinked or web browser, as I have several customers (for iptv), and most of them are technically inept.
The last thing I want is to have to go to them with a jump/flash drive to install anything.

I have heard good things about the buzz box, but I'm puzzled because it's hardware seems inferior.
Withonly 2GB Ram and just a quad core s905 processor, how can this box be so good?
There's many android boxes available on the market today with 4GB ram and octocore processors for cheaper.
Can somebody please enlighten me? Am I missing something?

Aptoide actually isn't that good. I used to use it, but there's netter options.

Yes, I know this is a year old post,
But, one answer is using TIVIMATE on a 4 gig android box. I've got buzz 3000 and buzz xrs4500. Parked them both for Tivimate on a $70.00 Android box. Now the Buzz 4900 is $280 Canadian. Not gonna happen.
You asked, so that's my input.
