Just wondering if there is an ECM or something else going on.
My neighbours service is down, I PM'd TurboHD twice yesterday and saw that he did log into the site and was active but did not respond.
Now his inbox is full and I can't send another message.
Had service starting in Oct/19 and its not connecting. He's corrected this once before but isn't responding now?
Is he banned perhaps and can't reply to messages?
I'm just wondering why he might not be replying.

Thank you, he did just reply to the private message.
I didn't realize he had an email address, could someone PM his email address to me in case his inbox is full and this happens again?
