Hoping someone has some suggestions for me. Mag box , OK2 . Getting server unavailable on all VOD and all channels are blank . Guide loads but no picture or audio. I have tested the network and everything else is running fine. Other streaming services run fine. Have tried changing the player , although it was already on LJK player but none of the others work either. I have tried several different boxes with several different MAC's and none seem to work. Any suggestions? I'm at the end of my rope here.

What version you running?
Did you reboot your network?

Did you reboot your network? yes i have rebooted the network. 1.1.1.4 is the version.

Contact your provider, Maybe you got shut off by buy mistake.

If he was cut off or expired stb would not load past portal startup, you would get a msg its blocked.
I have had this happen with NUMEROUS boxes in the last few months...
I find it's a permission problem within os regardless of box, I've had high end down to cheap china clones do this.

Try clearing cache, force stop, load app.. .exit out and go back in (sometimes 3 or 4 times does the trick)
If that fails
Uninstall app, load stbemu pro version 1.1.7
open app, set permission if android 6 or higher to allow storage
exit out of app
go back in, allow update (1.1.9)
exit out
open app
add profile
try it
if it works you can proceed to load 1.2.1 over top.
If it stops working after 1.2.1, then you know its a permission problem.
Simply uninstall and reload 1.1.9

Failing this, you'll need to reset mac via panel, or via supplier if you do not have access to panel.

Wouldn't 1.2.2 be more recent?

Could be a clash with his Mac, someone else might be using it
