Like some people mentioned this issue with buzz box

I got the same problem with a formuler z7+

It was working then cant connect anymore

It says device not supported ??

Buzz came out with an update formuler hasn’t
Options are to wait for an update that may not come
Change providers it works with ok2

Your stb isn't broke...your provider is.There are MANY others to consider.

actually support for some brands is what is broken
they should add support for all streaming
like buzz did :)

Funny....I have several buzztv/Dreamlinks not using ok anything & they never missed a beat.

lots of people on buzz tv facebook complaining until update
so apparently ok3 aren't the only ones using ministra
