From the horses mouth so to speak. Someone on the front line!!

Lil girl is doing a lot of screaming and I told her she could if it helped
Sensory overload for her when she is out of her routine.
I am not quite as afraid and I am happy to know I have been doing what he said when I go out to the store
Or anywhere outside my home. I am limiting my time out but being very mindful when I do.
I hope it will be enough and I don't slip up at the wrong time.
