He put locking to device function on, and blocked roughly 5%. When notified its up for minutes freezing, then blocked again. This has been going on for 5 days now. Had sub for 7 days and now down for 5 days. My reseller is way more frustrated then myself.

If you are using the Mac version PM your re-seller and they will fix it for you.

Yes mac version. I do not think they know what their problem is they do not answer.

have you talked to walter? Also if you used someone from here to get your Bestboy account from and they aren't answering you need to let an admin know.....

Bestboy is currently offline and under maintenance. Hoping this will resolve the EPG amd mac address issues they have been effected by recently.
