Jio IPTV Missing channel blocks

Testing Jio for 2 months and 3 weeks ago the service dropped the European and Australian channel Blocks. These Blocks ( Italian, Hungarian Australian and so on) were in the main menu and working The channels don't appear anymore in the "ALL Channels" list they are gone. There was also a 5 min long "updating channel message" I was just thinking it was a glitch and would be fixed. By mistake I hit the settings control on my remote so I scrolled thru the list to menu and in profile I found this " Tariff adult 18+ enabled European and Australia disabled" now there are no options to adjust this and after doing some reading the tariff adjustments are done at the server level. I contacted my reseller and he has no clue and from what I gather from him he has no idea how to contact support. Now I see a seller on the web offering a choice of Jio packages English European and English Asia. Seeing as my reseller does seem to care about customer support I would like to know how to get the English Europe package and get rid of this Asian. I got this service for it's european channels.

Jio was down for a period on the weekend, did you get a response about the Euro thing?
