Internet speed

I'm trying to run my Buzz 3000 with an internet speed of 5.0 mbps download and 1.0 upload . The box is looping
and freezing . I suspect the speed , being the issue . If I delete some applications , would it help ? Any advices
would be appreciated . Thanks .

I was stuck with 5mbps and it was very marginal to stream with. Got upgraded to 30mbps thru a promotional and Walla. Almost no issues now and can stream with multiple devices. I really doubt deleting apps will have any effect.
