Good day. I have a t-5 and it keeps loosing it's connection. It's been doing it for about a week now. I already changed the power supply but that didn't help. It doesn't matter if your are watching sd or hd , it happens . I don't think its the service because no one on here is *itching about it. I've had the same service since christmas , i just keep renewing it. When it is happening i can load new pages on my computer, so wouldn't that rule out my internet. Could it be because i have the server info on the third line. I have all the other lines turned off. Any suggestion out there ?

dosent matter what line..whats it sayin on the screen when it happens?

How are you connected to the internet hard line? wireless? If hard line try a new one if wireless eliminate it and try hard line.

Possible Heat issues with HD Module or Board etc. is there a switch in the setup ?

scramble channel and when i go into the menus i got no connection.

yes there is a switch , sw 21 and it's about 6 feet from the box inside of the house.

How are you connected to the internet hard line? wireless? If hard line try a new one if wireless eliminate it and try hard line.
hard wired and i'll try that .
