We have a guy in our neighbourhood riding around on a motorised wheelchair (which was paid through tax dollars)
on the road, through traffic lights, stop signs ,, drives it like a a registered car
smirking as he's cause traffic jams

he rides it around with an oxygen bottle strapped to the back
which supplies oxygen to him through clear hoses and a plastic mask

the dude rides around like that smoking a cigarette ... LOL

reminds me of the woman that lived across the street from me and wife years ago
had a hover round and would off road in it
would carry one or 2 others on it
mobility repair van was at her house about once a month to fix it
she was on disability until the day she rode up her ramp and opened door to go in
her dog bolted and ran down the street with her running after it
