Should work, yes...

But at that price, why would you get this ?
It only has 1GB memory and 8GB storage (which is bare minimum for any box today). And the part I find strange is that it advertizes that it supports 4k & HEVC, but if you go to the
https://www.infomir.eu/eng/products/iptv-stb/mag424/ bottom of the specs, it says "H.265/HEVC (optional), H.264 (AVC), MPEG-1/2, MPEG-4, XviD, 3D video support". Optional ? Why Optional ? Need to buy an additional license ? Don't need it yet for most IPTV, but will surely go there soon if we want better 4k at reasonable fps/bitrates.

It also states that Middleware supported is "Ministra TV platform version 5.4.0 or higher". I know they are now at 5.6.x but don't know the history on when 5.4.0 was released. So if your provider is using something older, may be an issue. I don't know anything about Ministra versions, but just pointing it out. Probably not an issue with most IPTV providers however.
